Mathematic calculation on drift
We have asked a mathematician to compose a formula to measure the effect of drift onto the strenght of a bee colony. The formula is as follows:

q is the share foraging bees (e.g. at 30% foragers q = 0.3)
p is the chance that a bee chooses the same hive as last time
k is the number of other hives
N is the number of times that a bee has returned from a flight
